Ms. Wendi Smith has been a truly devoted member of our family and one of our strongest links in the distribution chain we’ve established. Wendi has been a distributor for Barry Fletcher Products for over 15 years! She was first introduced to the products when Barry began styling her hair. As a premiere model herself, she of course wanted the best stylist around keep her looking her best. Wendi loved the way that Barry Fletcher Products worked with her hair and soon began sharing her beauty secret with friends. That evolved into what is today a most unique distributorship in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.
Wendi is a personal distributor to area beauty supply stores. She gives each of them her own personal touch and attention. She personally visits each store and interacts with their sales personnel and managers sharing product knowledge and tips to help foster and bolster sales. Wendi believes that “face to face contact with managers is truly cutting edge and follow-up is important to maintain your client base.” She checks shelves and inventory and recommends restock quotas and even personally delivers products to each store! Now that’s personal attention above and beyond. Wendi’s emphasis is on education on how to move related products together and sell them as a system rather than by pieces.
